Restaurant Partner Terms

These Restaurant Partner Terms govern access to the Nibbi for Restaurants workspace. They supplement the Nibbi Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Authority and verification

By submitting a claim or creating a partner account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the restaurant or business named in the application. You must provide accurate contact and ownership information. Nibbi may request additional information, verify public business details, or reject a claim where ownership cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Restaurant information and photos

You are responsible for the accuracy of restaurant, branch, dish, cuisine and contact information submitted through the workspace. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every photo and other material you upload. Do not submit misleading, unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content, or content containing personal data without permission.

Moderation and publication

Nibbi may review, approve, reject, edit for technical display, limit, remove or preserve submitted content to operate the Service, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. New dishes and material changes may remain pending review. Approval does not guarantee placement, reach, availability or commercial results.

Licence to Nibbi

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Nibbi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate, publish, distribute and display it in connection with operating, improving and promoting the Service. This licence ends when the content is removed, subject to limited backups, prior sharing and legal or safety retention.

Team access and security

Keep account credentials secure and only invite people you trust to manage the business. Owners are responsible for team access granted through the workspace and should promptly remove access when a colleague no longer needs it.

No orders, payments or exclusivity

The workspace is currently a restaurant discovery and content-management service. Nibbi does not take orders, process restaurant payments, guarantee diners or revenue, or create an exclusive relationship with a restaurant.

Personal data

We use applicant and team contact details to verify ownership, provide the workspace, communicate about applications and protect the Service. Details of processing and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact
